egolfshop.com offers a fast and reliable home delivery service – and for all national orders over the value of CHF 150, the delivery is included free of charge. Products are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. All products delivered within Switzerland will normally be sent by Priority mail with the Swiss Postal Service or with our courier DPD and will require a signature upon delivery.

All products delivered outside Switzerland are exempt from the local VAT of 8.0% and this will be deducted at the checkout stage. egolfshop.com will not be responsible for any local taxes or import duties payable for the importation of the goods into your own country. Again, delivered goods should require a signature upon receipt.

If you have ordered a product and then wish to cancel before it is dispatched please contact customer service at sales@egolfshop.com urgently. Once the product has been dispatched we cannot refund the postage charges.
